Membership FAQ

- What's the $60 minimum?
- That's the minimum cart size for non-members. Members get free delivery on any qualifying order.
- What's a tote deposit?
- We deliver your drops to an optional, reusable insulated totes. Non-members pay a $35 refundable deposit, returned when the tote comes back. Family-Level Members skip it entirely.
- When does my order arrive?
- Before 8am. We stage overnight and run fixed morning routes so you know exactly when to expect it.
- Can I skip a week?
- Yes. No penalties, no minimum order frequency. Shop when you want.
